Finding your fit

Shell or Jacket/Coat 3.0?
Choose Shell for adjustable layering, adding Puffer Air when you need active heating. Jacket/Coat 3.0 integrate Eco²sy 2.0 insulation, three-level heating and lighting, and a detachable POV camera pocket. Both approaches offer 20K/20K waterproof breathability.
How much longer is Coat than Jacket?
In size M, the laid-flat back length is 66 cm for Jacket 3.0 and 85.4 cm for Coat 3.0. Compare these measurements with a jacket you wear, and check the size chart for other sizes.
Can heating and lighting be adjusted separately?
Yes. Heating and lighting each have three settings and can be adjusted independently.
Are there separate men's and women's versions?
Jacket/Coat 3.0 have a unisex fit. The men's and women's photos show different ways to style the same product. Use the garment measurements and fit guide to choose your size.

How should I prepare WIZE before washing?

Turn off the heat and light, disconnect and remove the power bank, close all zips and secure the USB dust cover. Place the garment in a laundry bag.

Can I machine-wash and tumble-dry it?

Close all zips and secure the USB dust cover. Machine-wash in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle; tumble-dry on low if needed. Follow the care label and reconnect power only once the garment, connectors and modules are completely dry.

How should I store it?

Dry it fully and store in a ventilated place. Store the power bank separately and avoid compressing or sharply folding the heating elements, wiring and controls. Check the connections for damage or moisture before wearing it again.

Why can the fabric wrinkle slightly after activity?

The hydrophilic waterproof membrane temporarily expands as it transfers moisture, which can cause slight surface wrinkles. These usually settle after drying. Contact us if bubbling, separation or leakage persists.

What if the heating or lighting behaves abnormally?

Stop using it, disconnect the power and contact us if you notice unusual heat, odour, malfunction or damaged wiring. Do not dismantle or repair the modules yourself.
