I am an existing member; do I need to register again?
Existing members must complete the activation of the new member center. Please prioritize logging in using the email address provided during your previous purchases; the system will then sync your membership tier and points based on the converted data.
Will my previous membership level disappear?
No. Existing members will be transitioned to the corresponding tier in the new system based on their current membership status. After logging into the new member center, you will be able to view your current tier and your progress toward the next level.
Why is my original member discount gone?
Following the upgrade to our membership program, TRANZEND has transitioned from a single, standard discount to a comprehensive system that includes member discounts, point rewards, birthday bonuses, upgrade gifts, and referral rewards. Existing members will be assigned to their corresponding tiers and receive membership center upgrade gifts, as well as points converted from their spending over the past year.
What should I do if I cannot see my original member information after logging in?
