Is the insulation natural down?
No. This style uses Eco²sy 2.0 synthetic-fibre insulation, not natural down.
How should I wear the belt?
Use the belt to adjust the silhouette for everyday or après-ski styling. We recommend removing it while skiing.

No. This style uses insulation for warmth and does not include the WIZE heating or lighting system.

What should I check before cleaning?

Empty the pockets and check whether the belt, collar trim and other accessories are removable and have separate care labels. Follow each label for cleaning and drying.

Should I care for it like natural down?

No. This is synthetic insulation. Check the garment label before choosing detergents, drying temperatures or treatment methods. Contact us with a photo of the label if you are unsure.

How should I dry and store it after travelling?

Open out the garment and pockets and dry as directed on the care label. Store only when the lining and insulation are fully dry. Avoid packing it damp in sealed bags; check zips, seams and accessories before storage.
