Directions for Active Heating System

1. Plug the power bank directly into the Type-C connector on the clothes without turning it on. Do not turn on the power bank first to avoid conflicts caused by starting them at the same time and causing power outages.

2. The heating element is high-purity graphite carbon fiber imported from Japan, which has passed the EU CE and US FCC safety certifications. It is tough and resistant to pulling, and avoids breakage, leakage and short circuit.

3. The cable has a flame retardant grade of UL94 V0-V2 and a temperature resistance of 280°C. The cable connector is waterproof up to IP68 and can be immersed in water and machine washed.

4. For non-intentional faults and damages, the Active Heating Series provides a 90-day warranty and permanent repair service. (After the warranty period, the fee will be charged depending on the damage of the product)
