Seven-day appreciation period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the seven-day appreciation period begins the day after the consumer signs for the product and ends on the seventh day. If an administrator collects the product on your behalf, the seven-day appreciation period begins the day after the delivery. Please pay attention to the delivery notification. To avoid disputes, please fully inspect the product before returning it. Returns and exchanges will not be processed in the following circumstances. Please be aware of this to avoid affecting your rights.
- When returned, the product accessories are incomplete or the tag has been cut.
- Not tried on normally, worn for a long time, in water, or has signs of use, such as dirt, makeup powder, malfunction, damage, scratches, odor, moisture, etc.
- The product has been processed or the size has been modified.
- More than seven days of appreciation period.
Return Service
- Please confirm whether the product is defective within seven days of the appreciation period and within three days of receiving it. Please first email us (sales@tranzend.co.uk) to let us know your order number and basic information. The return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by Tranzend.
- Basic information includes: name, email, phone number, address, reason for return or exchange (photos must be attached for defects), exchange size (provided for exchange), copy of remittance account (provided for return)
- Each order only provides one free return or exchange service. If you need to return or exchange the product within 7 days, please bear the shipping fee yourself.
- Please fill out the return and exchange form and pack the product. We will send someone to collect the package. We will notify you once the refund process is completed. The service scope of this area is limited to Taiwan Island. Shipping costs for outlying islands and overseas must be borne by the customer.
- If the original packaging has been discarded, you can use other packaging to pack the returned goods, provided that it is properly sealed to avoid loss of the goods. If the returned goods are lost due to improper packaging, we will process the return procedure based on the actual goods received.
- Clothing defects are defined as large stains, large holes, damaged zippers, etc. If the defective product is returned and inspected and it is found that the product itself is not defective, the buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Defects do not include size errors, minor thread unraveling, exposed threads, any man-made defects, color differences, fabric not matching your expectations, etc. If the size does not fit, you may only be able to exchange the product once. Due to limited product quantities, you may not be able to exchange for the same product. Please note that Tranzend reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and exchanges and to change the rules.
Precautions
A refund will only be processed after we have inspected your returned merchandise and confirmed it is free of defects and signs of use. The processing time is 14-20 working days, so please be patient.
